In working on this project, I realized several things. First and foremost, what a talented group of people live and write here, and second that I cannot capture all this richness. I thank everyone who responded, or will respond, and the amount of work evident in your reporting. I am only including published books on this compilation, or chapters in published books, although I mention people whose contributions are in other formats. When possible, I have included a small cover image, and further descriptions are available from online booksellers. I’m sure there are many errors, omissions and additions despite my best efforts. I look forward to correcting them and hope that you will give me that opportunity.
